Original brown buckram boards with gilt titling on the spine. xii prelims, 195 pages, 52 illustrations and maps, of which 2 illustrations are in full colour, see the images provided. CONDITION DETAILS: The dust jacket has been repaired in several places with tape, and has several large pieces missing, especially at the head and foot of the spine. There is some spotting/foxing at the first few and last pages, but the bulk of the text and plates are clean.
