First edition published by George Allen, & Unwin Ltd, London, 1924. The spine of the dust jacket is faded and there is a pen name on the free front end paper, but still an above average copy. 3): Matthews, The Rev. T.T.: \"Thirty Years in Madagascar.\" Original green cloth binding with gilt titling on the spine and the upper board, which has a title panel. 384 pages, 62 black and white photographic plates, map of Madagascar. Second edition published by the Religious Tract Society, London, 1904. The binding is a bit worn and the title page and frontis have a stain on the bottom edge. Pen name on front paste down.
