This is the C. Struik facsimile reprint of the 1818 L.B. Seeley edition and was published in 1969. The edition was limited to 1,000 copies, of which this is numer 413. It has a black and white frontis portrait, title page, a 44 page introduction by Frank R. Bradlow, followed by the facsimile with vii prelims, fold out map, 13 colour plates and a further 3 black and white illustrations.
