I recently counted no less than 23 English first edition \'Karoo\'s\' (some very good with DJ, and others in pretty poor condition without DJ), in ex Prof. Chris Barnard\'s (R.I.P.) private book collection! The Afrikaans edition was missing from his collection. Now becoming an increasingly hard book to find.
