Hier is die verhaal van die herskepping van Kerkstraat in Tulbagh, na die hewige aardbewing van 29 September 1969. Tulbagh kan vandag spog met die grootste konsentrasie van historiese monumente in die land omdat elkeen van die gerestoureerde huise in Kerkstraat deur die Raad vir Nasionale Gedenkwaardighede geproklameer is.
