How it works

Glimpses of the Cape of Good Hope,

With an introduction by Nicolas Barker

116 pages, 66 colour illustrations illustrations, fold out panorama of Cape Town, blue cloth with gilt vignette on upper cover and titled gilt on the spine, a fine copy in the dust jacket.

Editor's Note: Nicolas Barker was head of Conservation at the British Library and is editor of the Book Collector. He has drawn on his extensive knowledge of the family history to provide an account of Lady Anne's sojourn, and also the subject of her drawings.
