First edition: vii, 196 pages, colour frontispiece, colour map, profusely illustrated with colour photographs, half title page, printed on coated paper, full blue faux suede covers with gilt title on the upper cover and spine, gilt vignette of a leopard on the upper cover, a fine copy housed in blue cloth covered solander box with the same decoration as the cover.

Limitation reads: Twelve Hundred and Fifty copies have been published by Mission Trail Media and printed at Wilkins Printing Atascadero, California, 2006. This is copy number 847 signed by the three authors.
