There is a gift card on fep inscribed and signed by Agnes (Rissik) also included are the family trees of the above mentioned families, which is in the original printed envelope. The family trees are often missing when this scarce book is offered for sale. Six pages have been marked with a highlighter pen. Black and white illustrations - 397 pages.
