Much of correspondence between The British South Africa Company, The Rhodesian Land and Mine Owners Association, High Commissioners Sir A. Lawley and Viscount Milner. With two Appendices ("An Ordinance to provide for and regulate the Importation of Labourers into Southern Rhodesia, the Management and Disposal of such Labourers and other purposes" and "An Ordinance to amend the Immigration Ordinance, 1901".

Presented to Parliament by Command of His Majesty."; London, His Majesty's Stationery Office, 1921; First edition; British Parliamentary Paper Cmd. 1273.; Paper wrappers; 33 x 21 cm; Collation complete - 21 pages; Wrappers a bit smudged, otherwise a clean copy.

Committee appointed by Winston Churchill suggested timetable for establishment of responsible government in Southern & Northern Rhodesia. This precious document also contains:

- Resolution passed by Legislative Council of Southern Rhodesia on May, 1920- Lord Milner's Memorandum of 22nd December, 1920

- Reply of Elected Members of Legislative Council to Lord Milner's Memorandum

- Correspondence between the Rhodesia Committee and the Colonial Office regarding the liabilities which will be placed on Southern Rhodesia when the British South Africa Company's Administration is terminated.
