91 pages, most pages unopened, small bookplate on the front paste down end paper, uncut fore edge, patterned paper covered boards with the same end papers - some wear along the edges and at the corners , cream vellum spine, titled gilt on the spine, a good copy.

The colophon reads: This edition is printed at the University Press Oxford in the 17th century Fell Types. It is limited to 1250 copies on Vidalon hand-made paper of which 1200 are for slae in England and America. This is number 193

Nonesuch Press was a private press founded in 1922 in London by Francis Meynell, his second wife Vera Mendel, and their mutual friend David Garnett, co-owner of Birrell & Garnett's bookshop in Soho's Gerrard Street, in the basement of which the press began.Nonesuch Press's first book, a volume of John Donne's Love Poems was issued in May 1923. In total, the press produced more than 140 books. The press was at its peak in the 1920s and 1930s, but continued operating through the mid-1960s.
