vi, [ii], 139pp, [3], [2] works by the author. Complete with frontispiece of the Amatola Mountains, 6 plates (including portrait of Rev. Appleyard), and fold-out map at rear.

Binding tight. Moderate foxing to prelims but otherwise a very good copy of this scarce and important work on this prominent missionary to South Africa.
