Album consists of 48 photographs roughly the same size (170 x110mm) with handwritten captions depicting scenes taken at Robinson Deep Gold Mine in 1908. 4 blurred amateur photographs (100 x80mm) are also included.
There are 24 stiff card leaves in the album, with a few blank leaves interspersed, untitled green cloth worn and rubbed along the edges and the spine.
