NY: Harcourt Brace & Co., 1933. First edition, second issue, following a first printing of only 800 copies by Liveright, who went bankrupt; an additional 1,400 copies were withheld and issued the same year by Harcourt, Brace.

Orange cloth, spine lettered in black. Very mild wear to extremities, lightly dust-soiled top page edges, binding firm, contents clean and bright, a sharp, very good plus copy of this rarely found book, in a new facsimile dust jacket.
