Original brown leather spine and corners with a green title label on the spine with gilt titling and the publisher's device on the upper board. 7 prelims with a note about the author, followed by the facsimile of the 1836 William Crofts, London edition with iv prelims, 416 pages, 2 folding maps, and 28 black and white illustrations. CONDITION DETAILS: This is a lightly used clean copy, but the binding has a few minor scuff marks and a bit of scarring on the book cloth.
