First edition: 73 [1] pages, frontispiece, 5 wood engravings – 1 full page, book plate on the front paste down end paper, top edge gilt, others uncut, bound in red, white and blue morocco with gilt vignette on both covers, titled gilt on the spine, a very good copy.

The colophon reads; Christopher Sandford designed, produced and published this book at the Golden Cockerel press, London. The John Roberts Press handled the composition and press-work. The edition is limited to 300 numbered copies printed on pure rag paper in Perpetua type. Nos 1 – 60 are specially bound. Copy no. 9
