Near lake Edward, he surveyed huge herds if antelope “feeding like sheep around the camp.” he hunted buffalo and lion thers , before proceeding to the Somali Valley after elephant. After surveying the 30th Meridian, he bagged additional elephants and buffalos, then headed into Rwanda after lion and more buffalo. A relatively unknown work.
