This is a printed version of a Programme of Lectures delivered under the auspices of the University of the Witwatersrand Philosophical Society during the winter of 1932, in aid of the University Library Appeal Fund. The rear flap of the dustwrapper states: A strictly limited edition of this Volume with the autograph signatures of all ten Lecturers is also available from the Librarian of the University only, at 21s. per copy. Each of these copies is numbered. The copy on offer is Number 4.
Slight offsetting to the endpapers and slight rubbing/? fishmothing of the original maroon cloth, in the very scarce fragile dustwrapper which has some light foxing and two small fishmothing holes but is complete and about very good.
