Limited edition: 113 pages of letterpress with numerous illustrations bound in cream card covers- paperback together with 51 loosely inserted sepia toned photographic reproductions, housed in a brown cloth solander box with some wear along the spine, titled gilt on the upper cover, a good copy in cream card slipcase which is worn around the edges.
