Half-Dark maroon leather with matching boards, with decorative gilt design and lettering to front board, spine has three raised ribs. The edges are gilded.The leather is worn, rubbed, and fragile. However despite outward appearances the contents are in very good order. These boards are heavy and the binding has split towards the last couple of pages. This is repairable.***
