Chromolithographic title page, double page tinted lithographic panorama of Alexandria, 14 tinted lithographic plates, 9 chromolithographic plates (1 with two images of Arab women), all with tissue guards. Bound in half morocco with marbled paper sides. The leather is very worn at the top and bottom of the spine and along all the edges, likewise the marbled paper sides. The two front free endpapers are creased, book plate on the front paste-down endpaper. The double page plate is foxed on the back and in the margins, the other plates are bright with occasional foxing in the margins.
