This is a very scarce little booklet that is very seldom available for sale.
Original light green coloured outer wrappers (paperback) with red and black titling on the upper wrap. 124 pages, followed by the Corrigendum et Addendum and a fold out map.
CONDITION DETAILS: The spine is very worn. The outer covers are a bit soiled and the rear cover is creased. The map at the rear has some creases and a short split along a fold - see the close up image provided.
