Scarce Mandela Speech,8vo.,"Subtitled 'Towards a New World Order", this is a lecture given by Mandela to the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies in Oxford on the 11th. July 1997, during his term as President of South Africa. It is a 24 glossy paged well produced pamphlet in brown gilt embossed wraps and is in fine condition. It is a scarce item and presumably printed in a small edition. This copy is boldly signed by Mandela in felt tipped pen and dated 5.11.2002. I have (as a Mandela collector) not previously come across a signed copy of this title.
