Resolutien van den Commandeur en Raden van het Fort de Goede Hoop, 1652-1662

These resolutions, signed by Johann van Riebeeck and other members of the Council of the Fort  (from time to time), cover the period of some nine years from just before Van Riebeeck's ships reached the Cape in 1652, until shortly before his term of office expired. 

In the hard cover binding, with 187 pages. Gilt titles to the spine. Name in ink on fep. The text is bright and clear and without any ink, pencil or inscriptions. A very neat copy.
