Octavo, 430 pgs. plus indexes, 12 clean, intact fold-out maps. Internally very clean, with minimal foxing and no writing or markings of any kind. This copy belonged to Rev Henry Collet with his bookplates. Collet’s ancestors founded the St Paul’s School, London.
