Copy number 10 of the Collector's Edition limited to 150 copies signed by the author.

The slip case and binding are by master craftsman Peter Carstens.

The sides of the slip case are covered with a green book cloth with marbled paper and leather trim and a pictorial in-set on the side.

Original brown leather spine and corners with marbled paper covered boards and a red title label on the spine with gilt titles. Cream coloured end papers. 216 pages, maps, profusely illustrated in full colour with a few black and white images.

CONDITION DETAILS: The book is clean with no signs of use worth mentioning, but the slip case has some marks: The lower side of the slip case has marks that look like dust from a book shelf.
