This is a personal account of this soldiers life and death in the Army. Entered on page 8 under cause of discharge- Date 12/2999- Ladysmith- Died of Enteric Fever. all in ink.

48 pages of earnings, accounts- Aldershot and Chatham  January 1895- July 1899.

This wallet or folder has been folded hence the shape. Careful examination allows a private and intimate view into the life and death of this Engineer serving his country during the Anglo-Boer War.
