Original brown cloth boards with gilt titling on the spine. 287 pages, 45 black and white photographic illustrations including the frontispiece which has a tissue guard. The list of illustrations only calls for 43 illustrations, but there are in fact also 2 facing page 193, making this copy complete with all 45 illustrations.
CONDITION DETAILS: The binding may look good, but it has a split down one side of the spine, which a purchaser would have to repair with a few spots of glue. There is a crease on the word "Shooting" on the spine. Pen names, the one on the front free end paper crossed out. There is some foxing throughout, but the plates are clean.
