SECOND GRAND PROMENADE CONCERT. Under the auspices of the Natal Volunteers. Tuesday, December, 26th 1899. Under the Booming patronage and the presence of “Silent Sue”, “Bulwan Hill,” “Pom Pom,” “Weary Willie,” and others, who, since the last concert – owing to circumstance over which they had no control – are unable to take an active part. Chairman; Colonel Royston.

4 pages, 4to (240 x 200 mm), cyclostyled,  has been folded in the past with short tears at the folds, lists the programme of 25 songs and numbers.

Signed Palmer R.I.F. (Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers?) at the top of the front page. Item 7 on the programme is; SONG, “Father O’Flynn”,  by 2nd Lieut Palmer R.I.F.
