How it works

Register

One of the earliest impressions of the top selling crime novel of all time with over 100 million copies sold to date. It ranks among the top five best-selling individual novels of all time and is ranked the sixth best-selling title in any language (including reference works).

Even upon its first release in 1939 the title was considered too offensive for American publication and it was quickly changed to And Then There Were None, which is how it has remained to this day.

This copy appears to have been a censored copy with masking tape placed over the title on the spine and the "new" title reading "Ten Met in Devon". It can be easily removed to reveal the original title. The top edge of the dustjacket appears to have been trimmed - possibly to prevent further chipping. There are two short pen underlinings on the first page of chapter one. The rest of the text is clean. Abrasion to the top and bottom corner of the front panel. The binding remains solid and the contents clean.
