Original textured cloth binding with dark brownish black titling on the spine and a decorative device on the upper board. Coloured end papers. Unpaginated, poetry by Stephen Gray opposite each of the full page 43 woodcuts, giving a total of 44 illustrations including the original signed woodcut.
CONDITION DETAILS: The overall condition is lightly used. Pencil price on the front free end paper. The slip case has a bit of soiling and minor edge wear. An image of the lower board is provided to show light marks that are probably irregularities in the weave of the cloth rather than soil marks.
