Collectors' edition: 279 pages, 40 colour plates, 53 text figures, 60 tables, sketches in the margins, bound by Peter Carstens in half dark blue morocco with marbled paper sides, decorated endpapers, a very good copy in a cloth and marbled paper slip case. Loosely inserted is limited edition print specially drawn for this edition and numbered and signed by the artist, Robert A.C. Davies.
