Cape Town is South Africa's city of romance, a tavern of the seas where East and West have met for close on three hundred years. This book aims at telling the general public something about a portion of the people from the East who settled here: where they came from, why they are here, how they live, what place they hold in our community - and what that place ought to be; 95pp.

Condition: grey linen boards in good condition, corners bumped, end-papers clean, binding good, though shaken, with some cracking in places. Some underlining in pencil at various places in the text. Dust-jacket: edges creased, spine faded, with browning/sunning to fore-edges and spine area.
