Hand coloured engraving laid down on a backing sheet. Printed area 236 x 390 with very small margins, a very good copy.

Other versions are all in reverse with the same title.

Gordon Brown (Alfred) Pictorial Africana page234: Van Ryne 1712 – 1760. A Dutch artist , he was believed to have worked in London about 1752 -55 when he made an interesting engraving of Table Mountain and Table Bay, first published by Robert Sayer in 1754.
