The scarce first edition of this twice filmed science fiction classic and highspot. There is a small bookseller's label at the inner lower edge of the rear pastedown and some very faint spotting of both free endpapers (but nowhere else), otherwise this is a clean very good plus unmarked copy. In a very good minus price clipped dustwrapper which has some edge wear, a few small chips at the extremes of the spines and at the corners and a 3cm. closed tear at the junction of the spine and the lower front panel.
