Hardcover Octavo, bound in three-quarter full calf Morocco leather with brown cloth sides, and has 384 pages. The spine has gilt titling with five raised bands, and also has some rubbing along the spine and edges.

The book contains 3 engraved folding plates as well as several Hundred Original Recipes, most of which never appeared in print before. There is some offsetting on the front and rear pastedown, and also on the front free and rear end papers.

The 384 pages are overall in very good condition for its age, with some age browning and slight foxing to some of the pages, there is the INDEX after the main pages, overall this rare book is still in very good condition for its age.
