Book Description: (A-Z advert prelims)+ (Ixiv)+ 477pp + (79 advert pp at rear) + 11 fold-out maps. Grey pictorial cloth covers. With fold-out coloured maps, plans, and diagrams.

Book Condition: Previous owner\'s name penned to front page. Front and back advertisement sections were printed on uncoated stock and are therefor heavily tanned. The interior text-block was printed on a lightweight coated stock and exhibits only slight toning towards the margins. The fold-out maps are lightly foxed. The internal bindings are good. The cover is a bit grubby on the outside with some light edgewear in places.

A comprehensive guide for the use of Tourists Sportsmen Invalids & Settlers. Includes many fascinating facts and tables. Interestingly, this edition also contains a chapter covering a diary of the Second Anglo Boer-War. The two advertisement sections (fore and aft)contribute a fascinating insight into the period.
