Original attractive blue cloth binding with embossed gilt menorahs and bright text on cover & spine. Embossed Roman numeral gilt \"MDCCCCII\" dated on cover.
Condition: End-papers are browned with some foxing towards the outer margines throughout. Owners inscription on front end-paper. Corners are bumped. Top and bottom edges of spine are slightly frayed. Some scuffing/marking is visible in places on outer cover boards. Otherwise a perfectly good sound copy of this remarkably delightful book!
