A very good set of the first editions, first printings, of the three Le Carre titles comprising The Karla Trilogy and published by Hodder & Stoughton, all in unclipped dustwrappers, as follows:
1. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. 1974. Small sale price (R1) in ballpoint pen on the front free endpaper otherwise a very clean copy in a very good plus dustwrapper which has slight edge wear and one or two small edge nicks.
2. The Honourable Schoolboy. 1977. A very good plus unmarked copy in a very good dustwrapper which has two 1cm. tears at the top of the spine and minimal edge wear elsewhere.
3. Smiley's People. 1980. A small ink number (4B) at the top of the front free endpaper, otherwise a very good plus clean copy in a very good plus dustwrapper which has a 1cm. closed tear along the lower edge of the front panel and minimal edge wear.
