Original green cloth covered boards with gilt titling on the spine and blind stamped titles on the upper board. vi prelims, 124 pages and a black and white portrait frontispiece. Much of this work is previously unpublished and drawn from Stow's correspondence and a draft manuscript on the geology of Griqualand West.
CONDITION DETAILS: Overall a clean copy with some signs of light use. The binding has a little wear and a few white spots. Internally clean, but the first few prelims have a some toning and browning.
