How it works

Register

First edition of this James Bond title with the far less common white endpapers. When the publishers ran out of the patterned paper, they used plain endpapers for the balance of the run. Of the total printing of 82,000 copies, only about 3000 have these plain endpapers and are a sought after variant.

This copy (in the usual plain black boards) is in very good plus condition with a very slight spine lean. There is a signature in ballpoint pen at the top of the front free endpaper, but otherwise the book is clean and unmarked. The dustwrapper is intact and not price clipped. it has light wear, a slightly darkened spine and a few short closed tears at the top of the spine.
