Baden-Powell was with the 13th Hussars. He writes an almost photographic description of events of the 1896 campaign in Matabeleland and Mashonaland, which includes an interesting chapter on Scouting work in war.

500 pages. In the red cloth as issued. Rebound on the spine retaining the original spine with title. More than 85 illustrations in black and white.
