1st. Edition of this scarce early Christie title. In the original black cloth with red titles and ruling on the front panel and spine. Lacking the rare dustwrapper. The covers have some light stains/marks and a lightly sunned spine but are in nice unworn condition. Internally there is a small round ownership insignia rubber stamped on the front free endpaper (see image) but otherwise the pages are fine, tight, unmarked and without any foxing whatsoever. A much better than usual copy of this title.
