With 4 fold-out maps, and various monochrome photographs throughout text.

Condition: Very good. Book covered with clear plastic dust jacket, added at a later date. Some rubbing and light edgewear to the boards. Previous owner's stamp to front free endpaper. Small smudge mark to p. 14. Light split to gutter between rear free endpaper and pastedown. Text is clean and well bound.
