Second Edition Revised: 320 pages, frontispiece portrait of Buller, 9 plates, 7 maps - 1 folding, full red leather prize binding with a gilt crest of arms of Dulwich College on upper cover, prize label on front paste down end paper, marbled end papers and matching edges, inner gilt dentelles, titled gilt on the spine, leather worn around the edges of the covers, light foxing, a good copy.
