Signed, Limited Edition special presentation copy (10 copies only) this being copy number 8 or 'H', with De Graaff's signature on the title page with date '17 Sept.1981'. Book condition: text and binding excellent, free end-papers excellent but with light scattered foxing. Jacket: good, however with uniform heavy foxing on the inner surface, which has transferred through to the outer plastic laminate surface, and is visible as dark spots; spine faded, edges creased, marked and rubbed with a few small tears (slight loss at head of spine).
