The text was printed by the Imprimerie Darantiere, Dijon. The photographs were reproduced by collotype, and the plates by the collotype and hand-stencil process, by Trianon Press(France).
The book wa designed by Arnold Fawcus, and produced by The Trianon Press, Chateau de Boissia, Clairvaux, Jura, France, and 125 Avenue du Maine, Paris 75014.
Text and photographs, text and collotype colour plates, includes line drawings- 106 pages including plates.
As only 341 copies were printed this remains the scarcest of the volumes in The Rock Paintings of Southern Africa: Volume SIX.
