Published by London Andrew Melrose, 1911. 1st Edition. 431 pages. Very good plus green cloth covers gilt with insignia on the front board. Internally very good with a frontis and numerous black and white ills. Bookplate on the front pastedown. Some heavy foxing especially to the page edges.
