Colour frontis, xxiv prelims, errata slip, 299 pages, 73 plates (including frontis and map at the rear), many fold out, plus a further 26 in text figures. CONDITION DETAILS: The purple \"Imperial Tobacco Company\" stamp occurs on three pages. The binding has been unevenly sunned, the spine being very faded. Internally clean.
