The author travels from Cape Town to Bukama, Albertville to Tabora and Dar-Es-Salaam, to Butiaba and Rejaf, from Shambe to Alexandria. He spent a week on the Athi Plains. Then some elephant hunting in the Bamboo Forests of Kenya Colony. Some more sport at Lakes Baringo and Hannington.

Fifteen black and white illustrations. Frontispiece of author with some of his trophies. 131 pages. The map at the rear shows some folds. This copy is in good condition, though ex-library.
