The subjects that have attracted the painter are the ordinary people of this city who have always given it so much life, and many of the delightful old buildings and street scenes that are still the joy of Long Street, Loop Street, Bree Street and others, as well as the Malay Quarter, Woodstock, Salt River and what is left of District Six.
